This song is about letting go; getting out of your head and stepping outside, into the now, into nature. We need to tune in to the physical world around us and be more active as human beings, to our core. Spending time in nature has become a necessity for my life - I realized how unhealthy it was to stay indoors all the time - get outside, camp, be alone beside a beautiful lake, you'd be surprised how much your life is missing without strengthening your connection to nature.
